About this role

Cascade Heights Veterinary Center in Seattle, WA is looking for an associate veterinarian who wants to practice high-quality medicine while still having time and energy for life outside of work. We are a privately owned, family-oriented veterinary practice built around the human-animal bond and the relationships we develop with our clients. We believe every patient deserves to be treated with respect, patience, and compassion while receiving excellent veterinary medical and surgical care.

A Supportive Place to Grow Your Career

Our mentoring program is designed to help new and recent graduates transition confidently from veterinary school into clinical practice. Our goal is to provide enough support that you never feel like you are practicing alone while giving you increasing independence as your skills and confidence develop. Associates interested in future practice ownership can receive additional mentoring in leadership, practice management, and business ownership.

A Schedule Designed for Work-Life Balance

Our full-time associate veterinarians average approximately 33 hours per week, working four 8-hour weekdays a week plus one 4-hour Saturday every third week. This schedule provides regular time away from work for family, travel, hobbies, and the other things that make life fulfilling.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive starting base salary of $125,000 - $160,000 depending on experience + quarterly production with no negative accrual

Continuing education allowance plus paid CE days

Monthly health insurance stipend and Employee Assistance Program.

SIMPLE IRA retirement plan with a 3% employer match after one year of employment
