Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a compassionate and motivated veterinarian who:
Enjoys practicing high-quality medicine
Values teamwork and client relationships
Values a collaborative working environment where their ideas and opinions matter
Communicates with empathy and professionalism
Wants to continue learning and growing professionally
Both experienced veterinarians and new graduates are encouraged to apply. Our mentorship program, if requested, will be tailored to the individual.
Compensation
$100,000-$150,000 base salary
Pro-Sal compensation option available for the right candidate

Requirements
We’re seeking a compassionate veterinarian who practices high-quality medicine and enjoys building relationships with pets, clients, and teammates.
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent degree.
Active Texas veterinary license or ability to obtain one before starting.
Availability for a 3-4 day workweek.
Excellent client communication skills, with the ability to explain findings, treatment options, and recommendations clearly and compassionately.
Strong clinical judgment and a commitment to high-quality, individualized patient care.
Gentle handling and a commitment to making veterinary visits comfortable for pets.
A collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with veterinary technicians and support staff.
Dependability, professionalism, and thorough medical recordkeeping.
A desire to build lasting client relationships within our privately owned, woman-owned practice.
We’re looking for someone who cares about the people on the other end of the leash just as much as the pets in their care.
