Description
Let’s be honest vet med is hard. You shouldn’t have to do it alone.
We’re a busy, privately owned (and going to stay that way), growing small animal clinic in the beautiful Lewiston Clarkston Valley, and we’re looking for an associate veterinarian who wants to be part of a team.
Here’s what that actually means in our hospital:
We scrub in together on tough surgeries
We transfer cases so you actually get your days off
We ask questions openly because that’s how we all get better
Our caseload is a mix of wellness, urgent/emergent care, and surgeries so you’ll get variety, growth, and support every step of the way. We believe in doing the right thing for our patients while working with clients’ real-life budget.
Compensation includes:
Salary with options for pro-sal: $130,000-180,000
4-day work weeks with 1 Saturday half day per month + rotating paid per diem evening work (2-3 nights/week, until 9pm).
Health, dental, and vision insurance
401K with 3% matching
Generous Paid time off and CE allowance.
Licensing and professional dues covered
Plumbs standards subscription and VIN access
Supportive team culture and mentorship
Flexibility with scheduling and time off!
Open to discussing buy in for the right candidate after a minimum of 3 years
